Seribu Islands Gears Up for Revitalization of Bahtera Jaya Port

Seribu Islands Regency Government until now is still exploring the planned revitalization of the Bahtera Jaya Port, Ancol, North Jakarta, which will be built by PT Pelindo II through the developer liability funds.

"Our design proposed has been approved. And will be continued with concept finalization and administration process," expressed Budi Utomo, Regent of Seribu Islands, Monday (5/29).

His party continues to encourage the revitalization of Bahtera Jaya Port as one of the entrances to Seribu Island can be realized as soon as possible. It has been planned since 2015 and part of PT Pelindo II developer liabilities.

"So far it's still under evaluation and exploration stage between Jakarta Provincial Government and the developer," he stated.

As known, PT Pelindo II still has two obligations to build the social and public facilities (Fasos Fasum), which have not been realized.

Both facilities are development of Sport Hall (GOR) and Bahtera Jaya Port.
